Emily is a highly valued Wellbeing Leader and Counsellor with over 15 years of experience working with young people, school staff and parents. Specialising in mental health, emotional well-being, and personal development, Emily has supported countless adolescents to overcome challenges related to anxiety, depression, identity, family dynamics, peer relationships and other wellbeing concerns. With a compassionate and empathetic approach, Emily fosters a safe, supportive and inclusive environment where young people can express themselves, build their social and emotional capabilities and develop effective coping strategies.
Having worked in a local secondary school and with the Department of Education, Emily brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and experience to each session. Emily combines evidence-based therapeutic techniques, tailoring each approach to suit the unique needs of the individual. With a strong commitment to empowering young people and promoting positive wellbeing, Emily is dedicated to enhancing young people’s sense of belonging and connectedness and helping adolescents thrive to their highest potential.
