Jo Francis

Cancer Wellbeing & Support Coach

Jo Francis supports individuals and families navigating life during and beyond cancer, providing a warm, practical and person-centred space to work through the changes and challenges that can come with a cancer diagnosis.

With more than 25 years of experience across health, wellbeing, allied health and cancer support, Jo brings a holistic approach to her work, combining professional knowledge, practical wellbeing strategies and a deep understanding of the cancer experience.

As a three-time cancer survivor, Jo also brings valuable lived experience to her work. She understands that the impact of cancer can extend well beyond physical health, affecting confidence, identity, relationships, routines and the way we see ourselves and our future.

Jo offers personalised support based on what matters to each person and what they need at the time. This may include cancer mentoring, wellbeing coaching, massage therapy and practical support in navigating the different services and professionals that can form part of cancer care.

Jo is also the founder of Brave Beauties: Cancer Care & Connection, a not-for-profit organisation providing care packs, wellbeing retreats and community connection for women affected by cancer.
